At Ohouse, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ohouse account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all items, manuals, and hardware back into the original manufacturer's packaging.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
